Each stage is digitally or physically documented and signed off by responsible technicians and the Quality Department.

Departmental Roles in Quality Control

Each production department—including R&D, Engineering, Finishing, Electrical, Industrial, and Woodwork—conducts initial quality checks and self-inspections. Components then undergo secondary reviews by Quality Controllers or Project Managers. Final sign-off is granted only after comprehensive review.

Handling Non-Conformance Issues

When issues arise, our process ensures swift resolution:

  • Non-conformances are logged in our QC or defect tracking system.

  • Responsible teams are notified immediately.

  • Corrective actions such as rework and root cause analysis are initiated.

  • Affected units are quarantined until they meet quality criteria.

  • The area is re-inspected and cleared before production continues.
