- 12 years experience in Ford Motor Company Philippines as Quality Lead
- 6 years experience in Datamars New Zealand (formerly Tru-Test) as Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Engineer

What is your position at Auto Transform and what does a day in the life look like?
My position as Production Group Lead gives me the opportunity to organise, manage and improve our job systems and production processes. I love being able to make a difference for the business and employees.
What do you most enjoy, both at work and outside of work?
I am a homebody at heart. I enjoy watching Korean novela TV series and going on road trips to explore New Zealand. At work I enjoy solving and improving process issues, making a positive impact on the organisation and our staff.
