As Summerset’s ongoing fit-out partner, we’ve built a fleet of accessible Mercedes Sprinter minibuses now in service at villages across New Zealand. Each vehicle is fitted with an internally-mounted wheelchair hoist, paired with a flexible seating layout — permanent seats, three swivel seats, and a quick-release seat — so every trip runs at full passenger capacity whether residents are travelling seated or in a wheelchair.
The result: flexible, dignified transport that keeps every resident connected to the community life Summerset is known for.
