Payment Terms

The following payment options are available to you:

Option 1: Cash Sales

Step 1

Payment in cash of 50% of the total fee for the order (inclusive of GST) for procurement pre-stage attendances. This enables us to purchase all the raw materials and components ready for when the vehicle arrives for installation.

Step 2

Payment in cash of the 50% balance of the total fee for the order (inclusive of GST) on completion before delivery.

The goods and all works carried out by Auto Transform Ltd remain the property of Auto Transform Ltd until payment in full therefore has been received.

 

Option 2: Payment for Account Holders

Step 1

Payment of 30% of the total fee for the order (inclusive of GST) for procurement pre-stage attendances. This enables us to purchase all the raw materials and components ready for when the vehicle arrives for installation.

Step 2

Payment of 20% of the total fee for the order (inclusive of GST) on vehicle arrival at Auto Transform for fitout.

Step 3

Payment of 50% of the total fee for the order (inclusive of GST) on delivery on the 20th of the following month. The goods and all works carried out by Auto Transform Ltd remain the property of Auto Transform Ltd until payment in full therefore has been received If the order is cancelled for any reason the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Option 3 Business through Finance companies

Step 1

Payment of 50% of the total fee for the order (inclusive of GST) for procurement pre-stage attendances. This enables us to purchase all the raw materials and components ready for when the vehicle/vehicles arrive for installation.

Step 2

When the finance company pay Auto Transform Limited on sign-off from the end user we will then fully refund you the 50% deposit. However, if the order is cancelled for any reason the deposit is non-refundable.

 

DISCLAIMER

On behalf of my Business/Company, and on behalf of the Director or Partners personally:

I/We authorise you and furthermore grant permission to Auto Transform Limited, to refer this application to our bankers and trade references, as necessary.

I/We understand that your terms are strictly that account holders must pay the invoice in full on the 20th day of the month following the issue of the invoice and non-account holders or customers doing cash sales must pay the invoice in full within seven (7) days of the issue of the invoice. Failure to adhere to these terms will result in credit facilities being withdrawn.

I/We further understand that the title of goods supplied will not pass from Auto Transform Limited until paid for, as specified in the Terms and Conditions.

I/We authorise any person or company to provide you with such information as you require in response to your credit enquiries.

I/We authorise you to furnish to any third-party details of this application and any subsequent dealing that I/We may have with you as a result of this application being actioned by you.

I/We the above-named applicant and the above-named Directors/Partners or proprietors hereby jointly and severally acknowledge and agree:

  • The above information is true and correct and we are authorised to make this application for credit
  • We have read and understand the above terms and conditions which form part of this credit account application
  • We jointly and severally agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and if we are a Director or Partner of the applicant will be personally liable for the applicant’s obligations under this agreement.
