Shipping, pricing & returns policy

Shipping costs
Any order made via this site is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order we will accept the offer by confirming to you via email that we have received and are processing the order.

We will not be able to alter your order once the order confirmation email has been sent.

Please provide a daytime delivery address where somebody will be available to accept your order. Should this be a business address, please advise the business name or building name. We will not courier to Private Bags or P O Box addresses.

We cannot send orders internationally, If the Courier attempts to deliver an item to you that requires the recipients signature, and no one is available to sign for the item, they will then leave a ‘card to call’ at the delivery address.

If you request your order to be left somewhere, meaning no signature for proof of delivery is obtained, we will not be liable for any claims.

The standard 2-3 working day delivery service commences from receipt of payment to New Zealand residents for orders with payment received.

Returns Policy
We do not refund if you change your mind. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Goods Return for Credit
At its option Auto Transform Ltd may accept return of goods what are defective for credit provided that:

  • Auto Transform Ltd has consented in writing the return.
  • Goods are returned to Auto Transform Ltd at the Buyer’s cost within 10 days of delivery.
  • A copy of the delivery docket accompanies the goods.
  • The goods are unused, undamaged and in saleable condition.
  • Auto Transform Ltd at its option may charge a handling fee of up 15% of the invoiced price.
  • The Buyer will return any defective goods to Auto Transform Ltd at its own cost.

Damaged or Loss in Transit
Goods leaving Auto Transform Ltd premises are adequately packaged. Claims made for damage or loss in transit must be made to the courier.

Auto Transform is privately owned which means that the company is individually owned and operated by Auto Transform including any websites. We try to maintain consistent pricing.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax).

Your credit card details will not be processed or transmitted through our site. All transactions are processed through a secure payment service provider. We use Payment express to provide this service and to host and manage the payment page. All transaction sessions are stored and processed in encrypted strings. Your credit card details will not be held by Auto Transform and cannot be accessed by our Auto Transform staff staff.

If we suspect any fraudulent use of our site or personal or payment details, we reserve the right to put any order on hold while we undertake the necessary checks, including bank checks. We further reserve the right to cancel any transaction following such checks.
