We are especially proud to have worked with The Cause Collective, who are revolutionising healthcare delivery through their mobile health bus.
Their mission to provide accessible healthcare to underserved communities is truly inspiring, and we’re honoured to play a part in it. With a strong focus on patient-centred care, their bus brings essential medical services directly to those who need it most, breaking down barriers to healthcare.
As Doctor Juliet explains,“This is a new, different way to look at delivering healthcare, because sometimes, when that person is facing so many barriers, there’s so much going on in their life that they can’t take themselves to the doctors. And this is a way that we can break that down.”
The mobile clinic makes it possible to bring healthcare directly to those who struggle to access it, offering a solution that helps remove the obstacles that prevent people from getting the care they need.
The challenge was to create a space that could accommodate the needs of both patients and healthcare providers while ensuring functionality and flexibility. That’s why we designed a customised fitout with flexible spaces that can be used for consultation, treatment and storage.

The layout includes features such as swivel seats and fold-away tables, making it easy to transform the space for patient consultations or treatment, depending on the need. The ability to switch between these functions is crucial in ensuring that the space remains versatile and efficient, even when working in remote areas with limited resources. Additionally, a bench seat/bed with storage underneath provides a comfortable area for patients while offering practical storage solutions for medical equipment and supplies.
Custom cupboards with shelving and storage ensure that all essential items are neatly organised and easily accessible, reducing clutter and increasing workflow efficiency. The fitout also includes a bench-top workspace, providing a dedicated area for any administrative or preparatory tasks, which is vital in a mobile setting where space is limited.
To ensure the clinic operates smoothly in remote locations, we installed a Red Arc Power inverter system to convert 12V to 240V, enabling reliable access to power for medical equipment and other essential devices. The inclusion of multi-plug outlet sockets further supports the versatility of the mobile clinic, ensuring it can accommodate various equipment and meet the demands of a range of healthcare services.
The mobile clinic has made a significant impact on delivering healthcare where it’s needed most, and we’re proud to play a part in their mission.
